I’m a board-certified holistic health coach, yoga teacher, doula, and plant medicine facilitator.
I work with women who are drawn to deeper self-awareness and personal growth. Not through an overload of information, but through integration. Through clarity in how what you are learning actually translates into your everyday life.
My work lives at the intersection of behavioral health, mindfulness, somatic practice, transformational healing, and connection to the earth. I support you in reconnecting to your own inner intelligence so you can move through life with greater steadiness, honesty, and self-trust.
My approach is trauma-informed, grounded, and real. It is both practical and intuitive, rooted in what actually works in everyday life, not just in theory or on retreat.

Holistic wellness, to me, means looking at you as a whole person, not a set of symptoms or goals to fix. We consider your nervous system, lifestyle, emotional world, habits, environment, and rhythms. Instead of following a rigid plan, we focus on what actually supports you in a way that feels sustainable, personal, and grounded in your real life.

It’s both, in a way that feels grounded and real. There’s space for reflection, deeper connection, and meaning, but everything is rooted in practices you can actually integrate into your daily life. Nothing is forced or performative. It’s about finding what feels true and supportive for you.

During a call, we’ll walk through the different options together so you can choose what feels aligned, both energetically and financially. Payment plans are available, and I offer limited financial assistance on a case-by-case basis for single mothers and those from marginalized communities.
